I'm Adam Burch and I created SmartHitter Labs and Instruction. As a music and software industry executive, I've coaxed strong, efficient performance from individuals for many years. Now I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to apply those teaching and leadership skills to helping young people.

But can you teach hitting?

Great question! The answer is yes, and I have proof! My entire program is based on evidence. Using modern technology and scientific methods, we can see which techniques work and which should be thrown out. Some of the technology used includes high speed video analysis and swing analysis telemetry tools.

Why is your method different?

We've kept the most effective techniques from many sources. My hitting method combines modern techniques with those of Ted Williams, refined by technology, combined with modern revisions introduced by Sue Enquist, and current instructors like Bobby Tewksbary.  I'm constantly learning, testing and refining so I can teach the most efficient techniques.
